Heidi Lehtonen appointed as Quality and Sustainability Manager at Leinolat Group

Heidi Lehtonen has been appointed as Quality and Sustainability Manager for Leinolat Group, effective January 1st 2026. Heidi has strong expertise in developing quality and operational excellence. She is currently serving as QHSE Manager at Alteams Oy's Laihia plant. 

As Quality and Sustainability Manager, Heidi will be responsible for developing quality across Leinolat Group in collaboration with its subsidiaries. She will oversee the Group's sustainability matters, including sustainability reporting and continuous improvement from the perspective of sustainable business practices. In her new role, Heidi will act as a management representative for Leinolat Group in matters related to quality, environment, occupational health, and safety. Heidi will report to Leinolat Group CEO Keimo Kalliosaari.

Heidi succeeds Rauno Honkamäki, who will continue with the company and support the onboarding of the new quality manager before his retirement. We thank Rauno for his dedicated and successful work in developing the quality and processes at Leinolat Group and wish Heidi all the best in her new challenges.
