Our design is based on an elegant, streamlined, and excellently functional product. This is how we also develop products with a timeless design language. Thanks to the classic design, our mail and parcel box models are well-suited for different countries and continents. In our design, we have considered the needs of not only single-family homes and duplexes but also townhouses for space-saving purposes.
Fills Customers’ Needs
We manufacture Bobi mail and parcel boxes from high-quality steel. The steel-made box can be surface-treated with hundreds of different colors. Colors are a fun way to express identity, which is why different cultures and countries have their own favorite colors. As a result, we have created country-specific color charts to make the choice easier for our customers. We respond to the changing needs of the market through product development. One example of this is the Bobi Cargo mail and parcel box, which was introduced in 2017 and it has gained popularity in Japan.
Practical in This Moment
The content and delivery of mail have undergone a significant transformation with the rise of digital communication and e-commerce. Due to continuous product development, our range of products adapts and meets the needs of customers based on their living arrangements, volume of mail, and size. Bobi has been at the forefront of this development, pioneering the development of spacious parcel boxes since 2017. We are also actively working on introducing a locking system suitable for delivery personnel in collaboration with distribution companies as part of our ongoing development.
Accessories which Improve Functionality
Homes come in different types, which is why we have developed various mounting options for the mailboxes, from stands to wall mounting. Since Bobi comes from Finland, it needs to withstand winter conditions as well. One of the additional accessories for Bobi is a lock weather guard, which prevents the lock from freezing. The lock of the mailbox can also be replaced with, for example, an Abloy lock and keyed alike with the home key. This way, a separate key may not be necessary for the mailbox.

Leimec's expertise in sheet metal manufacturing, combined with the choice of material for mailbox production, ensures a durable product where materials are carefully utilized. Together with our manufacturer, we ensure that any minimal metal waste generated during manufacturing is recycled. The metal recycling rate at Leimec Oy is 100%.

After installation, Bobi mailboxes require little maintenance. The mechanisms of the mailbox, such as the letter slot, hatch, and lock, are of high quality and can withstand continuous opening and closing. If needed, we also provide spare parts. Bobi withstands varying weather conditions from heat to freezing temperatures, which is why the lifespan of Bobi is long, lasting even for decades.
