Our investments in several Mazak centers, a scanning 3D measuring device and CAM programming ensure fast turnaround times and dimensionally accurate results. Utilizing future technologies comprehensively to increase productivity is part of our strategy.
Five-axis machining centers can machine complex parts, such as those with different double-curved surfaces. The machine can run five axes simultaneously. Some shapes cannot be realized without this feature. A five-axis machining center can machine a part from five sides with a single setup.
This reduces the turnaround time. Manufacturing a product with a single setup also ensures that manufacturing tolerance requirements are met. The centers have smooth series control. This allows 3D models to be utilized by reading them directly into the machine tool control. Using 3D models shortens lead times and reduces the possibility of errors. If necessary, we will include documentation according to customer requirements with deliveries.
