Otto Lammi has been appointed Managing Director of Kilkanen Oy effective October1st 2026. Otto will transfer to the position from his current role as Development Manager at Leinolat Group. He succeeds Petri Leppinen who will continue his career outside the company.
Otto has extensive experience in managing engineering and manufacturing operations, production, manufacturing methods and continuous improvement. At Leinolat Group he has served as Development Manager contributing to the development of the Group’s operations and production. He has also previously held production management positions at Uwira. As a Managing Director of Kilkanen Oy, Otto will be responsible for leading the company’s business and operations and driving continuous improvement.
