Leimec’s parent company, Leinolat Oy, was founded to design and manufacture ventilation solutions for public spaces and residential buildings.

The company grew by networking with other players and executed major construction projects in regions such as the Arab world during the 1980s. This operating model fostered an appreciation for the specialized expertise of various parties and emphasized close collaboration with the customer.

Today, Leinolat is a corporate group serving global machinery and equipment manufacturers, as well as companies in the marine, energy production, oil and gas, and process industries. Leimec is one of the group’s companies and specializes in ventilation solutions for power plants.

The company is located in Vaasa—a small city, yet home to world-class players in the energy sector. A major cluster has emerged in the city and its surrounding area, comprising companies that specialize in diverse products and manufacturing technologies.

We deliver turnkey ventilation solutions. When we handle the design and implementation of a power plant’s entire ventilation system, we take into account every factor that could lead to additional work.

Consequently, the systems we implement are optimized for both usability and total costs—from materials to operating expenses. This optimization encompasses everything from factory testing to logistics, such as compact container packing. Right from the design and manufacturing stages, we ensure our products are easy to install and quick to commission.
